Delivery / Shipping |
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-6pm), Monday to Friday. They are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.
They can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace, university or friend/family address (UK only) at checkout. If a delivery is requested to your workplace you must use the Premium Delivery service. The alternative delivery address must be in the UK (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode).

Returns Policy |
Mini Barretts want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return to the nearest Barratts High Street store with proof of purhase. Or alternatively, send the unworn product to them FREE OF CHARGE within 28 days of delivery and they will arrange the refund of the cost of the goods plus any delivery charges incurred.
For unwanted products please obtain a proof of postage and they will refund the cost of postage.

Payment may be made by any credit, debit or payment card acceptable to them, and such payment will be encrypted to ensure secure electronic transmission of data. Mini Barretts will not charge your credit or debit card until they dispatch your order.
