If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the unmarked shoe box in the condition supplied, within 10 working days to Cinderella Shoes. On receipt they will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product. They do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery

If you've walked out of shoe shops in frustration, as the size you need is not available, then Cinderella Shoes is just for you.
As a tall teenager I needed to wear a larger sized shoe and spent my life searching for anything that would fit no matter how it looked or what I could wear with them. I'm now in my 30's and nothing has changed.
Since the late 1990's I've been working with footwear design teams from Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Germany and the US to create stunning shoes for every occasion for customers in every part of the world.
On March 3rd 2008 we opened our first store in St Stephens Green Shopping Centre in Dublin. We are located on level 2 in the centre.
Cinderella Shoes has been trading online since 2001. On June 5th 2009 we launched our new look website. If you're a regular customer with us you may notice some changes to our site which has been designed to make your shopping experience more user friendly and makes shopping online with Cinderella Shoes safe and secure.
