Cloggs offer Free Shipping on all UK standard delivery orders. This means that the price you initially see is the price you pay to get that product to your door within a few days. They aim to ship all stock orders (except for made-to-order items) within 5 working days & all non-stock orders within 28 days.

 

The cost of returning or exchanging your ordered goods are made at the customer's expense.They Provide a Pre-Paid Returns Label and Cover the Cost of Resending Any Exchanged Goods. For a relatively small charge - £2.95 for the first item, +£1 for each extra item - Cloggs now offer you the option of insuring your purchase against having to return or exchange items that you purchase from us. We will send you a pre-paid returns label which covers the cost of returning the goods to us whether you just want to return them or you want an exchanges. If you want an exchange, Cloggs will also cover the cost of re-sending your exchanged items to you. You will be required to ensure that the goods are returned to Cloggs in an appropriate state according to their Returns Policies and Procedures and adhere to their Terms & Conditions.
