Delivery / Shipping	Subject to your payment being authorised and provided the items are in stock they will despatch all orders received up to 3pm the same day. However, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. ALL Mainland UK (including N.I.) orders incur £2.95 P&P for Shoes and Clothing items, £3.95 P&P for Home and Garden products, with the exception of some in-paper offers, which have differing postage costs. Heavy items incur £9.95 P&P. Unfortunately, they are unable to deliver to the Channel or Scilly Islands and overseas.
Returns Policy	The cost of returning or exchanging your ordered goods are made at the customer's expense. They Provide a Pre-Paid Returns Label and Cover the Cost of Resending Any Exchanged Goods. You may return the goods to within 30 days of receipt in mint condition for exchange or refund providing you have obtained a returns authorisation number. All goods must be returned via recorded, insured method at your own cost.
