Delivery / Shipping	We aim to despatch all orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt (we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays). Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days** from despatch. If you need your order very quickly, we also offer a Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service. This service is available up until 1pm daily, Monday to Thursday for despatch the same day. Delivery will be the next working day. Orders placed between 1pm on Thursdays and 1pm on Friday using the Guaranteed Next Day Service will be delivered on the Monday following the date of the order. Orders placed between 1pm on Friday and 1pm on Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday following the date of the order. Returns	There are two main ways to return goods to them; Return via Royal Mail Standard Delivery – this is usually the cheapest way to return goods (unless they are very large or you are returning more than one item). This option requires you to re-pack your goods and take them to your local Post Office where you will need to purchase stamps to cover the cost of the return. Return using their Parcelforce Home Collection Service – this option is ideal if you cannot easily get to your Post Office or you have larger items to return. The cost of this service is £4.99. Simply call them and one of their friendly customer advisors will be happy to arrange a collection. They can offer collections from an alternative address and you can specify day and time of collection within reason.
