Standard postage and packing for UK customers is free. They aim to despatch orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days from despatch.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange (This does not affect your Statutory Rights). They do ask that you pay the postage on the goods you return but if you ask for an exchange they will pay for any goods they send back out to you.
