Delivery to Mainland UK and BFPO addresses is £3.95.
Your order will be sent by recorded mail or courier. A signature may be required so please ensure you choose the correct delivery address, i.e. home or work. Someone needs to be in to sign for the parcel otherwise it may get returned back to Faith and delay receipt of your order.
Delivery Times
Please allow around 3 to 5 working days from confirmation of order for delivery within the UK. This service may be dependant on our couriers. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exact delivery times or dates.

Returns Policy |
If you are unhappy with your goods, you may return them to Faith for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding P&P). Products must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Once your goods have arrived and are accepted back into stock please allow up to 28 days for your return to be processed.
Unworn/Unsuitable goods
Unsuitable goods can only be returned in an unworn/unused state. Please complete the returns slip provided in your parcel, securely wrap your parcel and send to the address below. Faith do not pay for return postage, this will be at your own cost.
Multiple orders will arrive together and any unwanted goods should be returned with itemised proof of posting.
Please remember that the products are your responsibility, as a customer, until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send any returns by a postal/courier service that provides insurance for the value of the goods, a despatch certificate or document and a signed proof of delivery. Please retain your Certificate of Posting and hold onto it until you have received your refund from Faith.
You will be refunded by the payment method used for your original purchase.
