You will be asked to specify your preferred method of delivery at the checkout stage. Note that the prices quoted remain the same for multiple items to the same address. For example if you were to buy three pairs with 24 hr delivery then the price would still be £4.95.
Please note they cannot organise delivery on a Saturday.
Parcelforce will make every attempt to deliver your parcel on time which must be signed for. If they cannot achieve this then they will leave a card and the parcel will be taken to the local post office where you can collect it, by taking proof of your home address like a utility bill. Orders received up to 1pm will be shipped out the same day, orders received after this time will be shipped out the following day. Please be aware of this when choosing your delivery preference.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then please email them at to let them know if you would like to exchange or return your order. You can do this up to 7 days from receipt, but you must follow the guidelines below:

1. The item must be packed in its original branded box with all branded promotional materials intact including tissue paper and labels.
2. The goods must be completely unworn.
3. Please ensure that you package the item securely so that it will arrive with us without sustaining any damage.
4. We recommend that you use a carrier which will insure the value of your package as it is your responsibility until it is received by our warehouse.
5. Please ensure you include a copy of your despatch note or order confirmation showing your order number so we can identify your return.

When you complete your order and submit, we will immediately contact your credit card company for authorisation. If this is given then your payment will be processed right away and you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If your card is declined then they will either decline the transaction immediately or contact you for further information. It maybe a simple mistake like typing your post code in incorrectly; it is always better to register first so that we have your details to hand in case of such a problem.
If your payment is not authorised and we cannot resolve the problem we will send a full refund.
