They aim to despatch, all orders that are in stock and ordered before 3pm, on the day of receiving your order. This non guaranteed service is normally delivered within 3 - 5 working days but can take upto 15 days for delivery once despatched from our warehouse. If any item is out of stock and cannot be despatched they will inform you of the reason for delay, along with a proposed delivery date.
On the day of despatch you will receive an email confirming all the details of your delivery. We will not charge your credit or debit card until your order is ready to leave our fulfilment centre.

They welcome orders to BFPO addresses, and when applicable, no VAT will be charged for these orders. Some of our delivery methods require a signature on receipt of delivery.

 

Pure Footwear know how frustrating it is to receive items in the wrong size or colour. So we have come up with a Pure & Simple returns policy. They want to make it as easy possible to return items to them, for replacement or refund.

 

Their Pure & Simple returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to us in a new and unused condition within 365 days of the date you received the item, complete with all packaging (footwear must be in the manufacturers box) and they will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item

Once an order is received, the payment details are erased. The servers on which we collect and store personal information are kept in a secure environment.
