Even after use if you are not completely satisfied then return them to them within 30 days and they will refund you in full and it won't cost you a penny. All other items in this catalogue including ties and cufflinks must be returned in mint condition within 14 days. Return any unsuitable items using their FREE returns services, details supplied with every order. Please be sure to obtain a certificate of posting and insure your returned parcel - they cannot be held liable for losses without this.
