They offer a free Next Working Day delivery service for all orders placed before 4PM Monday to Saturday, guaranteeing you delivery of your order within 1 working day of it being dispatched. Please note that at present we don't ship outside the UK and that all orders will need to be signed for. When you place your order with us you will receive two e-mails. Firstly, your order will be sent to our dispatch centre, they will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order is being processed.
Once your designer footwear has been picked, packed and dispatched, another email confirming your unique tracking number will be sent, allowing you to track your order until the moment it is delivered to your door.

Returns Policy |
They recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery to return your items, or a service which carries insurance, incase of loss or damage. Royal Mail Special Delivery includes free insurance, arrives back to us next day, has online tracking and also requires a signatory. The sooner items are returned the sooner your account will be refunded. Once received, your item(s) will be checked and your purchasing card will be re credited. The funds may take upto 3 days to show so please bear this in mind, although we will send an immediate confirmation email regarding your recredit.
Please bear in mind that we don't run an exchange policy, therefore if you wish to change a size or colour please do so via the website by reordering the required item. We highly recommend that this is done as soon as possible as stock levels change very frequently and can't be guaranteed
