All orders are shipped in discreet plain parcels with no identification on the outside. We aim to ship all stock orders within 5 working days & all non-stock orders within 28 days. In the unlikely event of supply difficulties, the customer will have the option to change the order to an alternative style or even cancel the order. If the customer wishes to cancel the order a full refund will then be made within 7 days. |
Returns Policy |
You may return unworn or faulty goods within 14 days of receipt of your order. At point of purchase a 99p/pair insurance available to UK customers will mean returns are free!! A pre paid label will be included with the goods. They will refund in full the cost of the product provided you have proof of purchase, without this we can only offer exchanges for the same product. A returns / exchange form will be sent out with your goods. |
