All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment.
Your order will be delivered to you during office hours (9-6pm), Monday to Friday. They are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you.
They can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace, university or friend/family address (UK only) at checkout. If a delivery is requested to your workplace you must use the Premium Delivery service. The alternative delivery address must be in the UK (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode).

Payment may be made by any credit, debit or payment card acceptable to us, and such payment will be encrypted to ensure secure electronic transmission of data. We will not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order |
Returns Policy |
Petit Shoes want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unworn product to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods.
For unwanted products, you are responsible for the postage costs (please obtain a proof of postage). If the product is faulty then they will refund the cost of postage.
The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. |
