24hrs delivery applies to all orders to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight up to 2kg.
24hr delivery applies to product we have currently in stock - which is pretty much everything on the site. If we don't currently have the product in stock there will be a date next to the 'Buy' button indicating the projected arrival date of the product. If there is no date next to the 'Buy' button - it's in stock and you should get your goods the next day.
Part orders if some of the goods in your order are in stock and some aren't - we'll send the ones that are straight away and the others as soon as they come in - but you only pay one delivery charge.
Weekend orders orders received on Saturday / Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods in an unused condition & in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. We will then credit your account to the value of the goods. The postage costs in getting the goods to you are however not refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of the goods. The customer's return shipping costs cannot be refunded.
