Returns are also just as simple - if the shoes you've received don't fit, or you just don't like them, simply print off their Returns Form, stick this on the front of the package and put them back in the post in their original condition within 90 days - once again, there's NO CHARGE to you for this.
Once they have received your return, your credit/debit card will be refunded in full for the cost of the shoes, usually within 24-48 hours.
