If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from 'JustSkechers.co.uk', simply return within 30 days in its original condition and the product cost will be refunded in full - Please note that they cannot refund any return postage costs. (They do not do exchanges; if returning an item for a different size, your order will be refunded and you will need to place a new order for the correct item.)

They will refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order.

They take a number of steps to guarantee security and prevent fraud:
They use a 'secure SSL server' that uses the strongest available encryption to hide your personal information, including your credit/debit card details.
After they receive your order, they send you an e-mail as confirmation. This e-mail does not contain any payment details.

Stock Levels - Everything you can see on our site is in stock. We don't take back orders, so if you can order it, we've got it, and will despatch it to you straight away.
